Bell Design Industrial Piping Department provides end-to-end industrial piping design and detailing grounded in real-world constructability. Our services translate process intent into clear, fabrication-ready drawings that reduce interferences, rework, and downtime while improving safety, schedule certainty, and long-term reliability.
We deliver process and utility piping layouts that are optimized for flow, access, maintenance, and future expansion. A key component of our design process is to coordinate layouts to identify potential interferences early and support accurate material take-offs. All BDC design packages include fabrication-ready isometrics and spool drawings with weld counts, cut lists, and fit-up details.
Our designs include stress-aware routing and support concepts that take into account thermal movement, vibration, and equipment loads. All of our designs include code-compliant detailing that is in strict alignment with applicable ASME, ASTM, and project specific specifications.
Our Industrial Piping Department is led by our Senior Industrial Piping Designer with fourteen (14) years of direct field experience as a Journeyman Construction Boilermaker and Journeyman Building Trades Steamfitter. This hands-on background ensures drawings that installers trust and inspectors approve.
