Bell Design Company (BDC) is locally owned and operated in Bingen, Washington. This Klickitat County business was incorporated in September 1994 with a vision of providing the counties of Klickitat, Skamania, Wasco, and Hood River with professional engineering and surveying services while providing our employees and their families the opportunity to reside in the Columbia River Gorge. BDC has provided many engineering services for cities and communities within the Columbia River Gorge and also some larger cities outside of the Gorge, including the Portland Metropolitan area.
Ourdraft plan is thoroughly reviewed with each client to ensure that we are in agreement in regard to the level of work to be completed and the necessary timeliness thereof, providing an opportunity for both BDC and the client to identify project milestones and objectives, and importantly, allow us to identify all potential cost-control methods for each unique project. A project plan is detailed for every project, and includes a complete scope of work and detailed schedule.
